Puzzles on the Brain (Magazine)
Have you been craving for more puzzles after solving today’s puzzle? Lean into your wonderful obsession with puzzles with the latest issue of the Puzzles on the Brain magazine!
Each issue of the magazine has 125 mixed puzzles of different categories, that is, all the shading, math, loop, grid-division, Sudoku variants, etc., puzzles posted daily to Sorted Puzzles. The magazine includes both logic puzzles and sudoku variants, which have been previously published separately in the Keep Calm and Solve Logic Puzzles and Keep Calm and Solve Sudoku Variants book series, respectively.
The magazine is an easy-to-carry paperback with one puzzle on each page. The puzzles are in a slightly larger print, which is easier on the eyes and leaves room to write tentative answers in the grid and/or draw zentangles in the margins. Helpful cheatsheets and solutions are also included at the end.
New issues of the magazine are available exclusively on Amazon sometime in the last week of every month (or thereabouts as Amazon servers get updated for different countries) to get you sorted for the upcoming month.
There are three levels of difficulty for the puzzles in the magazine – 25 easy and 50 each of medium and hard challenges. Note however that the difficulty rating of the puzzles is a somewhat arbitrary parameter because some puzzle types are inherently more challenging than others, and a larger puzzle grid and/or fewer clues can be tedious even for an experienced solver. Therefore, a leisurely problem-solving approach is recommended.
The magazine is suitable for intermediate and expert solvers foremost, and indeed, also for keen and curious novice puzzlers.
Happy puzzling!
